Technical Help Policy

WAIT - Before you fill out this form please read the following.

Are you enrolled in an online Administration of Justice (AJ) or Corrections (CORR) course?   

If you need assistance with your course please email their Help Desk. Also, please go to http://leo.riohondo.edu and click on Administration of Justice or Corrections for course access.

Did you just recently complete the enrollment / registration process?

Please note that if you recently added a course there is a 2-business-day delay from the time you are officially enrolled and the time your Blackboard account is created. If your account is not created after two business days please contact us by filling out this form and providing details of your registration in the area provided.

Have you successfully logged in and changed your password, but do not remember what you changed it too?

Your username (Blackboard ID) is the first two letters of you first name; the first two letters of your last name; followed by the last four digits of your Student ID without spaces. Your password is your six-digit birthday with no separators.

If you changed your password and do not recall what you changed it to, you can always contact your instructor. Explain your problem to your instructor in class if the course meets on campus, or via email for online courses. Your instructor can reset your password. IMPORTANT: If you instructor is unable to reset you password, for security reasons, you need to call the Virtual College at  562-463-3218, Monday thru Friday from 8:00AM- 4:30PM to have your password reset. If it is not possible to call us, please give us a phone number and time that is most convenient for us to call you.

You may also visit the Virtual College office in L400D (fourth floor of the library building) to request a password reset. You must provide Photo ID along with your Student ID number.
